About Us

Our Support Workers...

Are fully insured, have DBS paperwork updated each year, and our members belong to the Association of NMH providers.

Are qualified in SSP-VI, ENT, OCN L3 Notetaking for VI and HI, general Band 1-2 NMH provision, and hold bachelors or masters degrees.

Have up to 17 years of experience.

Primarily support DSA, HEI and ATW clients.

Provide the following NMH support roles:

• Specialist Electronic Notetaker (VI and HI)
• Specialist Support Professional (VI)
• Specialist Mentor – Autism Spectrum Conditions (SM-ASC)
• Specialist Mentor – Mental Health (SM-MH)
• Specialist musical instrument tutor
• Specialist music technology tutor
• Academic / library / study support (including proof reading)
• Workshop assistant
• Learning support advisor
• Exam support: invigilator, scribe, reader
• Practical support assistant
• Sighted guide
• Transcription services
